Founder, RJO Property Solutions
After 12 years of service in the Queen’s Guards, Russell transitioned into private household management in 2013. It wasn’t long before he found himself based on Eaton Square — where he has remained ever since.
Over the past decade, Russell has managed a portfolio of distinguished properties for multiple UHNW clients, earning a reputation for discretion, precision, and service without compromise. In founding RJO Property Solutions, he set out to bring the bespoke, highly personal approach of household management into the world of property management.
With a deep network of trusted professionals across the property sector - and a black book of contacts for virtually any service an UHNW client could require — Russell ensures that no request is too complex, and no detail too small.

With over two decades of distinguished military service, Jolyon Mathews brings an exceptional level of precision, discretion, and leadership to his role at RJO Property Solutions. His 24-year career in the British Armed Forces honed his ability to manage complex operations with calm efficiency — a skillset that translates seamlessly into the world of high-end property management.
As Operations Manager, Jolyon oversees the smooth running of every aspect of RJO’s service offering. From coordinating trusted contractors and managing private household staff, to facilitating bespoke concierge and travel arrangements, he ensures that every detail is executed to the highest standard.

For over a decade, Gary and David have been quietly and consistently looking after some of the most beautiful homes on Eaton Square. As a family run business, they take great pride in offering a personal, hands-on service that blends technical expertise with old-fashioned values: reliability, integrity, and respect for the homes they work in.
With over 25 years of experience in both the private and public sectors, they provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical solutions, from full-scale refurbishments to routine plumbing jobs. Their services include installations, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and fast, efficient reactive maintenance. All engineers are fully certified and highly qualified - including Gas Safe, F-Gas, and NICEIC accreditations - ensuring peace of mind for every client..
